CEA Media Consulting ("CEA," "I," or "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through ceamediaconsulting.com (the "Site"), how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

Information you give me. When you fill out the contact form, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, work email, company or brand name, and the details you share about your marketing needs, along with any optional information such as budget range or timeline. I use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide consulting services.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects limited technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through my website host (Squarespace) and analytics tools, and is used to understand site traffic and improve the Site. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies. The Site uses cookies to enable core functionality and to measure traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Site may not function as intended. If I run advertising campaigns, third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) may place cookies or pixels to measure ad performance; where required, you will be asked for consent.

How I use your information

I use the information I collect to: respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; provide and improve consulting services; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; measure marketing and advertising performance; and comply with legal obligations.

How I share your information

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers who help me operate the Site and my business — for example, my website host (Squarespace), email provider, scheduling tool, and analytics or advertising platforms — and only as needed for them to perform those functions. Data retention

I keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for business and legal recordkeeping. You may ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've provided, or ask me to stop contacting you, by emailing [EMAIL]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR — including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. I will honor applicable rights requests.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools (such as a scheduling page or LinkedIn). I'm not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; their own policies apply.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
