Clare Algozin
After receiving my degree in International Relations, I knew I wanted to do something to drive change, but wasn’t sure what or how. Digital marketing combined that vision with my love of data and analytics and has allowed me to bring about positive change and growth through the businesses I work with. Advertising has the power to disrupt. The images and depictions of our society are decided by those who fund them, and after spending years working for the largest companies in the world, I am excited to bring my skills to help female/queer/POC founders disrupt the narrative and grow their businesses.

Christal Dolan
After 7 years of managing paid media for the largest CPG brand in the world, I have been at the forefront of data & tech applications in Digital Marketing. As part of my next chapter, I’m excited to bring that strategic thought to new brands to help them carve out their space in the media landscape. I have experience developing media plans that span across TV, Radio, Custom Partnerships, Paid Social & Search, and other digital platforms. I’m looking forward to now advancing new brands and building out a strategic plan for growth as well as comprehensive measurement and testing plans to facilitate long term learnings and growth.
